CRCS Learning Collaborative: Leveraging Population Health Data to Advance CRC Screening 6.11.26

When:  Jun 11, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (ET)

Join us on Thursday, June 11th from 12-1 pm, for the CRCS Learning Collaborative Webinar: Leveraging Population Health Data to Advance CRC Screening. We are hosting with our HCCN colleagues.

Colorectal cancer screening remains a challenging preventive measure, particularly in underserved communities. Improving outcomes requires a strong, data-driven approach that tracks progress and targets gaps.

Presenters Leah Dafoulas (MPH, Senior Director, Clinical Transformation) and Danielle Harvey (Senior Clinical Improvement Specialist) from Azara will lead a focused session on how to use data to strengthen colorectal cancer screening efforts. We will explore how to monitor screening rates and trends over time, use population-level data to identify and prioritize patients who are due or overdue, and equip care teams with real-time insights at the point of care to drive action during visits. Through practical examples using DRVS tools, attendees will learn how to evaluate workflows, measure progress, and close screening gaps—turning data into a powerful driver of sustained improvement.
