Immigration Updates: What Care Teams Need to Know in 2026
This 90-minute training will cover recent changes to Temporary Protected Status (TPS), public charge rule, and immigrant eligibility for Medicaid. Care teams will learn to support their members who have had their TPS terminated, understand who the new public charge rule applies to and does not apply to, and recognize the new Medicaid rule changes that affect immigrant eligibility. Care teams will learn to apply legal and practical strategies to support their members through these policy changes.
This is a two part training.
