The Patient Service Excellence Train-the-Trainer Series is an in-person program designed to prepare health center staff to effectively deliver Patient Service Excellence training within their own organizations. This series equips participants with facilitation skills, ready-to-use curriculum, and practical tools so health centers can offer consistent, high-quality training through their Human Resources departments.
Participants will learn how to confidently teach core topics such as effective communication, empathy, de-escalation, professionalism, cultural competency, and patient privacy, while also practicing adult learning techniques and facilitation strategies. By the end of the series, trainers will be prepared to adapt the materials to their health center’s context and sustain patient service excellence training internally.
